Join us at Lind & Lime on the 3rd July as we partner with Brett for a evening of some of the best cuisine Glasgow has to offer, in the home of your favourite Leith based gin.
About Brett x Lind & Lime Supper Club
Brett is a modern European restaurant with an open kitchen in Kelvinbridge, Glasgow. Chef Director, Colin Anderson has trained in some of the finest restaurants including Quay in Sydney and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London. Colin and his team work closely with producers and suppliers to offer food with a focus on texture, and the balance of umami and acidity.
1st Course
Brett Gilda
chicken fat buttered crouton, Brett hot sauce, smoked anchovy, olive
2nd Course
Monkfish & Fennel
bergamot, wild garlic, fermented fennel & brown butter veloute
3rd Course
Côte de Porc & Prawn
pork & prawn totellon, verjus, asparagus, sauce vierge
Dessert
Strawberries & Crème Fraîche
strawberry sorbet, pink pepper & lemon verbena merinque, elderflower
Special Lind & Lime Cocktail Pairing available on booking
Arrival for drinks at 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7:00pm
There will be a bar operating on the evening, payment by card only
Unfortunately due to the nomadic nature of the supper clubs, the kitchen cannot cater to dietary requirements
