Corstorphine Cougars are running free beginners classes every Tuesday for Females of all ages who would like to try Rugby!

The sessions are aimed at complete beginners or people who would like to return to the sport.
The sessions are being run by qualified coaches who will tailor the sessions to the individuals needs, you don't have to have ever picked up a rugby ball before.
We can also cater for girls over 12 and under 18, but prior notice of their attendance would be appreciated, just so we can have suitable coaches on hand.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
