Sarah will guide you through the process of folding and creating your zine, which is essentially a mini short story in a booklet style format - and the workshop will include mindful drawing prompts. This workshop is intended to foster creative self-expression through mark making and drawing, and should help you feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
All materials, refreshments and light snacks are provided for £30 per person.
Come and join in our laid back Craft Social event on Monday 6th May 2024: 7pm - 9pm. All levels are welcome, no drawing experience necessary (4 bookings required for the workshop to run).
Our Craft Socials are designed to allow you to take the time and space to be creative in a comfortable and friendly environment, with the guidance of an experienced artist. Come along with friends or on your own and meet like minded people and learn some new art skills, all whilst enjoying a relaxing craft.
Venue: Backstage Barbershop Edinburgh, 10 Lauriston St, Edinburgh EH3 9DJ.
Sarah Kwan is a local freelance Artist and Illustrator with over 20 years of arty experience.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
