Join us at Lind & Lime on the 27th March as we partner with Twelve Triangles' popular Kitchen Table series for an evening of modern British cooking with Asian accents.
About Twelve Triangles x Lind & Lime Supper Club
Twelve Triangles Kitchen Table:
Kitchen Table is the concept of coming together to share incredible food, conversations and community. The team are driven by sourcing the best local ingredients and working with local farmers. Preserving and fermenting to capture the seasons, modern British cooking with Asian accents.
To welcome:
Rhubarb, lemongrass and ginger water kefir with Lind & Lime gin
Kitchen Table hash brown, wild garlic and rhubarb kimchi, aioli, seaweed gomasio
To share:
Cape Malay hogget curry
Black coconut tenderstem broccoli curry
Tomato and rhubarb sambol
Radish yogurt with a curry leaf temper
Fresh coconut and parsley sambol
Flaky paratha
To finish:
Rhubarb sherry trifle with Port of Leith Pedro Ximenez sherry
Arrival for drinks at 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7:00pm
There will be a bar operating on the evening, payment by card only
Unfortunately due to the nomadic nature of the supper club, the kitchen cannot cater to dietary requirements
