The transformation marks a significant step in the brand’s 2025 portfolio upgrade strategy, following recent developments in Harrogate, Heal’s in London, and the recently launched Bicester showroom.
Located on Castle Street in Edinburgh’s New Town, with stunning views up to Edinburgh Castle, the 1,100 square-foot showroom (up from 698 square feet) provides a premium showcase of Harvey Jones’ cabinetry and home solutions. The refreshed design offers clients the opportunity to step inside thoughtfully curated living spaces reflecting how people cook, live, entertain, and relax in Scottish homes.
The showroom features 11 full-sized kitchen and lifestyle displays across two floors, including the brand’s signature Shaker, Arbor, Original, Shaker, Linear and the new Slim Shaker range. The remodel also introduces the largest-ever Harvey Jones utility room and the brand’s first fully kitted-out wet room and bathroom display, as the business continues to expand beyond the kitchen.
A standout feature is the new Harvey Jones design lounge which will be utilised as a welcoming consultation area that includes digital screens, sample libraries, and live mood-boarding tools, designed to enhance the client journey and support bespoke project planning.
New design features include five new bespoke paint colours created exclusively for the Scottish relaunch, including Thistle, Honey, and Airforce, alongside inventive cabinetry details like the ‘Hidden Sink’ and ‘Illuminated Stone’. The refreshed space also introduces a Social Bar and Coffee Station in warm-toned Arbor cabinetry, a live ‘Experience Kitchen’ equipped with fully functioning appliances and stone worktops, and an expanded display of utility and bathroom concepts. The showroom is complete with a carefully curated selection of partner brands such as Fisher & Paykel, Hendel & Hendel, Ca’ Pietra, Clemo & Finch, Laminam, and Caesarstone.
Justine Vial, trade marketing manager at Fisher & Paykel expressed excitement for the showroom reopening, saying: “Harvey Jones’ new Edinburgh showroom proudly hosts the largest display of Fisher & Paykel appliances in Scotland, a space where exceptional design meets artisanal craftsmanship. These full working kitchens showcase unique innovations such as our iconic DishDrawer™ and versatile CoolDrawer™, alongside a stunning collection of premium column refrigeration, and an inspiring suite of precision cooking appliances. From our beautifully refined built-in ovens, including steam and combination steam ovens crafted for perfect results every time, to our compact combination microwaves, each appliance is designed to inspire and empower in the kitchen.”
