Indulge in an evening of Italian flavours and expert pairings at Eve's interactive Cheese & Wine Masterclass, hosted by Head Chef Giulio Morroni. Explore Italy’s finest cheeses and carefully selected wines, learning how their flavours complement and enhance each other. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, a cheese lover, or both, you can look forward to an evening filled with rich flavours, fascinating stories, and plenty of laughter, all in the warm and inviting atmosphere of Eve.

EVE | Family Pasta Masterclass | 26th October | 12 noon
Looking for a unique and tasty way to spend quality time together? Join us for our Family Pasta Masterclass - the perfect hands-on activity for kids aged 7+ (with a grown up in tow!). Led by our Head Chef, Giulio Morroni, this interactive session will teach you how to make fresh, traditional Italian pasta from scratch - just like they do in the heart of Italy. Lots of flour, and lots of fun.

This October, enjoy a choice of Italian mains with a refreshing pint of Menabrea or Orchard Pig cider - all for only £12. Served daily in the relaxed surrounding of Eve, Cowgate from 12noon. – 4pm, all month. Joining us for dinner? Enjoy our brand-new Eve all day menu, refreshed to reflect the new season with lots of new dishes to try.

COMMONS CLUB | Chef’s Table Shanghai | Daily October | from 5pm
Our Chef’s Table journey through Chef Emma Hanley’s career milestones continues, and this October, Emma invites us to experience Shanghai. This menu is a celebration of contrasts and harmony: where bold heat meets delicate subtlety, and tradition dances with innovation. Inspired by the vibrant kitchens of East Asia, each dish reflects Emma’s deep curiosity and reverence for the region’s rich culinary heritage. Diners are welcome at the Chef’s Table seven days a week, anytime between 17:00 and 20:30.

VIGILANTE SHORT FILM | Constantine.. the Artist | 19th October
This month we are delighted to welcome back our previous Artist in Residence, Constantine..the Artist as he hosts an event to preview his VIGILANTE short film. VIGILANTE is a short film directed by Nicholas Grant and featuring Constantine.. the Artist, the critically acclaimed creator of the Vigilante project. The film was shot inside Virgin Hotels Edinburgh’s Unicorn Room during Constantine..’s artist residency, which focused on a new body of paintings.
Following the screening, the evening will conclude with a Q&A featuring Constantine.. and director Nicholas Grant, hosted by Emily-Rose, where audiences will gain insight into both the making of the film and the wider trajectory of the Vigilante project.
