Available from March until May 2025 at Charlotte Lane, Edinburgh, this bold new à la carte offering is an invitation to explore the textures, tastes, and colours of a rich and diverse culinary landscape.

Somewhere by Nico’s new menu is a gateway to a world of adventure, where each dish is designed to be shared, bringing people together to explore new and exciting flavours.

With a rotating concept that evolves every three months, Somewhere by Nico will continually introduce guests to the essence of different global destinations, starting with Latin America.

The Latin American menu brings a dynamic selection of dishes and cocktails that capture the continent’s bold flavours and rich culture. From lively raw dishes like sea bream ceviche to street food-style skewers of maitake and portobello mushrooms, and the indulgent short rib tostada with truffle emulsion, every plate is a celebration of authenticity and innovation. The barbecued flat iron steak and other smoky sharers from the grill add depth and richness to the offering, ensuring every bite is a journey in itself.

Those looking for a spirited refreshment can also enjoy indulge in the exciting cocktail menus featuring four unique series, each offering infinite possibilities. This includes:

Classics:
A curated selection of classics with a twist, including the Whisky Sour and Clover Club.

Specials:
Featuring bold, inventive creations like the Smoky Raspberry Margarita.
In the Spotlight
Showcasing standout cocktails such as the Lucid Dream, a reimagined Cosmopolitan.

Latin America:
A limited-time menu with a tribute to Latin American mixology, with drinks like the Picante and Paloma.

Guests can order plates and cocktails at any time, meaning the door to this unique culinary world is always open. This first menu sets the tone for an ever-changing dining experience, where every visit is an opportunity to uncover new tastes from all corners of the world.
