Nico Simeone, CEO and Founder of Six Company, commented: “This menu is deeply personal to me. It’s inspired not only by my family’s roots in Italy but also by the incredible experiences we’ve had traveling across the country - cooking with local chefs, discovering hidden culinary gems, and celebrating the stories behind each dish.
“We’ve brought these moments to life in this menu, and we can’t wait for guests to join us on our Italian Road Trip.”
