Known for their bold, flavour-packed creations, Scotland’s award-winning burger legends are back with a brand-new holiday special: The Big G. And yes, the "G" stands for gravy—because it’s not a proper celebration without lashings of it!
Launching on Monday 2nd December, The Big G is El Perro Negro’s decadent holiday tribute: a juicy double smash burger stacked with gooey burger cheese, rich marrow butter, sweet caramelized onions, house pickles, and finished with generous lashings of rich bone marrow gravy. It’s an indulgent burger feast guaranteed to get you in the holiday mood.
Priced at £14, The Big G will be available at their Glasgow restaurant and at Bonnie & Wild in Edinburgh until Christmas. But we suggest you don’t wait too long—this festive favourite will be popular!
Founder Nick Watkins is thrilled about this year’s festive offering: “Our holiday specials have become a bit of a tradition, and we love giving our customers something cheeky and different to celebrate the season.
