Get ready for a new addition to the South Queensferry bar and restaurant scene
Edwards Bar and Grill is set to open on the site of the old Inchcolm Inn at 24-26 Hopetoun Road on Friday 9 August 2024, in time for the Ferry Fair weekend.

Edwards will bring a range of meals from their grill 7 days a week, including seafood, meat and vegetarian options. The bar area will also host karaoke, live music and screen sporting events.
Behind the new venture is Andrew Edwards, who opened his first Edwards Bar and Grill in Dunfermline in 2022.
He said: "We're really looking forward to opening in Queensferry. The builders are carrying out a major refurbishment of the premises at the moment and we can't wait to open the doors to the public.
"Edwards in Dunfermline has been a great success for us, so when the opportunity arose to open a second venue in such an iconic location, we grabbed it with both hands!
"The bar will be firmly rooted in the local community, but we're looking forward to welcoming tourists too. Edwards is a place where everyone is welcome!
"We'll be serving food every day, including breakfast at the weekend and we'll have regular karaoke nights, party nights, pub quizzes and live music.
Essentially, we want to create a venue where there's always something happening."
There is also a large beer garden, with views of the iconic bridges, where customers can enjoy a drink, a meal and the Scottish summer weather!
