ONE SQUARE LAUNCHES EDINBURGH’S FIRST ‘CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH AT THE BRASSERIE’ BY PIPER-HEIDSEICK
For an exceptional Saturday brunch experience, One Square, The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa’s award-winning brasserie, is launching a new ‘Champagne Brunch at the Brasserie’ every Saturday in collaboration with Piper-Heidsieck, the most awarded Champagne House of the century.
The perfect occasion to get together and socialise with friends, or celebrate special occasions, this really is a champagne brunch like no other with Piper-Heidseick accompanying a carefully curated brunch menu with options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
The ‘Champagne Brunch at the Brasserie’ experience starts with a welcome sharing platter of fresh fruits, homemade apple & oat bars, assorted Danish & pastries, American-style pancakes and Greek yoghurt & berry medley granola pots followed by a choice of ‘a la carte’ dishes including a Tunisian-spiced chickpea bowl with crumbled feta, sun-blush tomatoes, poached eggs, smashed avocado and olive oil croutons (gluten free alternative available).
You can also choose from roasted garlic & herb mushrooms on toasted sourdough with crispy onions (DF) Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs served on an open toasted bagel. And, whole sliced avocado, cracked pepper, sun-blush tomatoes and poached eggs with a chilli & lime dressing served on toasted sourdough (gluten free options available) along-with a good selection of egg classics.
Nick Durham, Director of Food and Beverage at The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, explains:
“Brunches are extremely popular in Edinburgh, and whilst there’s an abundance of fizz offers out there, there’s nothing quite like our new Champagne Brunch at the Brasserie experience. It’s an extensive, great value menu that’s delivered in partnership with Piper-Heidsieck, the most awarded Champagne House of the Century.
“This is the only official champagne brunch on the market in Edinburgh to feature Piper-Heidsieck; the news that we’re launching has started to filter out and advance bookings are already coming in so we’re confident it’ll prove popular with locals and guests.”
The Champagne Brunch at the Brasserie Experience is available every Saturday from midday to 3pm and costs £45 pp with a half-bottle of Piper-Heidsieck champagne or £25 pp with one glass of champagne
