Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh is kicking off its Cinco de Mayo fiesta with a spirited menu, available Wednesday, May 1st through to Sunday, May 5th, where margaritas are the life of the party. Guests can order up Hard Rock Cafe’s new, fruit-filled Tropical Margarita, which blends house-infused strawberry tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur and the fresh flavors of guava, pineapple and lime juice. Those who prefer to rock out to the classics can indulge in a refreshing Rockin’ Fresh Rita, which combines Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice and agave nectar with Hard Rock’s signature sweet and savory rim.
Still looking to spice things up a notch this Cinco de Mayo? Guests can pepper in Hard Rock Cafe’s limited-time Tequila and Lime Chicken Fajitas, a flavorful dish combining tequila and lime marinated chicken that is grilled and seasoned with Tex-Mex style spices and served with red peppers, roasted corn salad and onions. This Mexican-inspired dish is accompanied by warm, soft flour tortillas, Pico de Gallo, shredded lettuce, cheese and a generous dollop of sour cream.
