No pregnancy is the same and so we tailor each individual class to you and your needs.

Feel calm and prepared for birth.
Relax and enjoy better sleep after class.

Classes are currently available in-person on Wednesdays 6:15-7:30pm at Leith Community Centre.

We also offer online pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes on Saturday mornings at 10:30am so you can enjoy the benefits of pregnancy yoga from the comfort of your own home.
