Krav Maga gives kids practical, age appropriate self defence skills in the shortest time possible.

Our Krav Junior classes help kids develop valuable life skills, and prepares them to deal with situations they may stumble into in everyday life, whether it is defending themselves from bullies, daring to speak up, or getting away from a dangerous adult.

#Kids will learn:

- Simple and effective self-defence techniques learnt through games
- How to run away and find a safe place
- How to get help from a known adult
- Motor skills
- Confidence
- Speaking up

North Merchiston classes
**Venue:** North Merchiston Club (Polwarth) 48 Watson Crescent, EH11 1EP

**Class time:** Tuesdays 18:00-18:45

Leith classes
**Venue:** Room to Move (Leith) 41 West Bowling Green Street, EH6 5NX

**Class time:** Fridays 17:15-18:00

**Prices:**
Membership is on a monthly basis and is £25 per month.
We offer family discounts for the Junior classes if more than one family member trains with us in any of our classes: kids, teens, and adults.
