Whether you’re obsessed with the details of what’s in your glass or just fancy a fun day out drinking cocktails and watching bartenders in action, Drinkmonger Spirits Fair has you covered.

Explore a world of over 150 spirits from top producers across categories including Tequila & Mezcal (agave spirits), Brandy, Gin, Liqueurs, Vermouth, Rum, and Whisky. Try something new, discover future favourites, and pick up inspiration for easy serves and cocktails you can make at home.

You can taste spirits on their own, with hand-selected mixers, or as part of curated cocktails designed to be both delicious and doable in your own kitchen. Back again this year, our cocktail demonstration area will be in full swing, with expert bartenders sharing easy tips, techniques, and recipes to elevate your home cocktail game.

What to Expect:
Sip and explore, with 150+ samples across whisky, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal, liqueurs, vermouth, brandy and more.

Discover simple serves and cocktails you can recreate at home – from refreshing highballs to show-stopping party drinks.

Live cocktail demos with expert bartenders, sharing tips, techniques and recipes for all skill levels.

Chat with the people behind the bottles – ask anything from “Where should I start?” to the geeky details.
