As winter begins, the wonderful folk at SHBT are inviting you to take part in a monthly activity in the beautiful Historic Building Riddles Court, just off the Royal Mile.

Each month will be a different activity inspired by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing - Be Active, Connect, Give, Take Notice, and Keep Learning.
You'll get to meet new people, take part in something good for your wellbeing, and show your support for two wonderful charities SHBT and Health in Mind (all ticket sales go to Health in Mind).
10 November - Yoga
15 December - Craft evening with a chance to win a prize in our raffle
12 January - Quiz with Garry the Roaming Quizman
9 February - Music
7 March - Party to celebrate the arrival of Spring
