Join dramatherapist Abigail Nelson for one or both of these experiential workshops exploring the inner world through myth, movement, meditation, and art. Whether you're new to creative self-exploration or already on a wellness journey, these sessions offer an embodied, inspiring space to reconnect with yourself.
Morning Workshop | 10am - 12.15pm
The morning workshop focuses on the inner shadow - "the cave you fear to enter that holds the treasure you seek".
Afternoon Workshop | 1.15pm - 3.30pm
The afternoon turns to our inner gold - our true gifts and potential. Each session stands alone, but attending both allows for a deeper, more integrated experience.
Through storytelling, guided visualisation, playful embodied group activities, and individual reflective art-making and writing, you’ll explore ancient myths that hold both universal wisdom and deeply personal relevance.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
