Take a break from the noise of everyday life and join us in Pilrig Park, for a chilled Sunday afternoon guided meditation with Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Tubchen from the nearby Kadampa Meditation Centre.
No experience needed — just come as you are, bring some friends or come on your own, and enjoy a chance to relax, reset, and discover a little more calm and happiness inside yourself.
Bring a hot water bottle, a blanket and something to sit on and get cosy to enjoy some moments of peace.
We are bringing flasks of hot tea to share afterwards.
