Join our beginner-friendly 7-week Salsa course, Salsa Crossbody On1 Beginners Foundations (Stage 1) - 7 Classes

Our courses typically have 25–30 people maximum, so you’ll always have space to learn and receive personal guidance.

Starting from scratch, you'll learn:
- Timing and rhythm (dancing On1)
- Basic steps and footwork
- Leading and following technique
- Simple partner turns and connection
- Confidence in social dancing

Course Details:
Tuesdays - Our beginners groups: Good to start Dancing!
18:15-19:15: Salsa Crossbody On1 Foundations (Stage 1)
First Steps
19:30-20:30: Salsa Cuban Rueda Casino (Stage 1 & 2) - First Steps
20:45-21:45: Salsa Crossbody On1 Beginners (Stage 2) - Next Steps: for those continuing or with some experience.

What you need to know:
No prior experience required: Perfect for Salsa Foundations (Stage 1).
No partner needed: Come alone or bring a friend, either way, you’ll have a great time!
Suitable for all genders and +18: Everyone is welcome!
Progressive structure: Each class builds on the previous one to help you improve steadily.

Full Course Bundle (2 classes per evening): £80
Single Course Option (1 class per evening): £50
