In just under an hour, you'll experience a gentle flow designed to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and leave the stresses of the day behind. Our welcoming Edinburgh studio is the perfect place to start your journey.

What to expect:
A fun, no-pressure atmosphere.
Simple, easy-to-follow poses.
Guidance on breathing and relaxation.

All you need to bring is yourself (and a mat if you have one!). Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today!
