Join us in celebrating Maths Week Scotland at the National Museum of Scotland!
Unleash your creativity with our maths challenges. Build a Scottish wild animal with LEGO® or design and draw your own animals adapted to suit different climates.
Explore the museum using our special Wild Maths family trail and then relax and discover maths together in our story book corner. Challenge yourself by de-coding ciphers and solving logic puzzles. Upstairs in the Event Space, you can also take our robots for a spin and find out more about maths in nature.
Location: Hawthornden Court (Level 1) & Event Space (Level 2)
All activities are free. No need to book, just drop-in.
This event is also part of Edinburgh Doors Open Days 2025.
