Ready to reignite your passion for dance? Our Groove Back class is here to help you do just that. This class is all about rediscovering your groove, exploring different dance styles, and having a blast while doing it!
Why "Groove Back"?
“Groove Back” means exactly that—getting your rhythm, confidence, and joy back on the dance floor. Every two weeks, we switch up the style, from Latin beats to urban grooves to jazz flair. It’s your chance to try something new, challenge yourself, and most importantly, have fun!
What to Expect:
- Variety & Excitement: Explore a new dance style every two weeks. It’s the perfect way to keep things fresh and exciting!
- Fun & Fitness: Sweat it out while grooving to different rhythms. This class is all about moving, learning, and enjoying the process.
- Open to All Levels: Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, you can push yourself as much as you want in each class.

Saturday 11 am - Groove Back, Open Level (Hybrid: Online & In-Person at Blazin, St. Margarets House, EH7 6AE)
