In this interactive, unscripted solo show, Exposure Therapy asks the audience to share their fears (anonymously). She’ll tackle them herself with honesty, authenticity, teenage diaries and a determination to conquer her fear of perception. After all, the only thing to fear is fear itself – apparently.

Fear has had a chokehold on Nicole for way too long. It has been the backbone of every decision and indecision - resulting in impulsively-made, life-altering choices or spiraling into a freeze mode, sometimes even lasting for years. Until now!
Here is where the audience comes in. This is an unscripted show - the audience will write it by (anonymously) sharing their thoughts, fears and truths on post-it notes, watching as Nicole brings them to life while simultaneously exposing her deepest ones.
Who would she be if there was nothing left to fear?
Nicole confesses, “The success of this show relies on my ability to be quick-witted, clever, honest, artistic, funny, insightful, raw, brave…what if I’m not those things? What if I can’t do this?”
Inspired by an ee cummings quote* and armed with her teenage diaries and the ability to talk at 2x speed, she’s got just enough delusion to give it a try. How will it turn out? Welcome to Exposure Therapy; you’ll have to see for yourself. Every moment will push Nicole out of her comfort zone, forcing her to relinquish control. But maybe, just maybe, there will finally be nothing left to fear and she will finally be free.
