With a mix of a cappella and accompanied pieces, we will take you on a journey through lands and languages, celebrating music and culture both near and far. Music has the power to transport and transform, evoke memories and bring joy. We hope that at the end of 75 minutes, you will have experienced some element of each of these through our singing, and may even be inspired to try choral singing yourself.
We are a small, non-auditioning, Edinburgh based choir, born out of a research study into the benefits of singing on mental health. The research showed a hugely positive impact of group singing on mental health and those involved so enjoyed the choir that we have continued and evolved ever since.
All our performances support charitable work across Edinburgh and beyond. Since 2016, we have helped raise over £14,000. Tickets are free and available on the door. Donations to Edinburgh's Multi Cultural Family Base gratefully accepted after the performance.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
