About Time to Shine
Capturing light and reflection in pencil
Shiny surfaces can be surprisingly tricky to draw – but that’s what makes them fun! In this class, I’ll guide you through techniques using a variety of graded pencils to help you work confidently with line and tone. Together, we’ll explore how to build up contrast and shading to capture the magic of reflection and shine.
This class is perfect if you’re looking to develop your drawing and observation skills in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just getting back into art making, you’re very welcome.
