Following an introduction from your tour guide, you will then meet the distiller who will guide you through each level of this very unique whisky production process. Hear first-hand how they bring a modern and pioneering approach to producing Scotland’s national drink plus the challenges faced with creating whisky in this remarkable new landmark in Edinburgh’s historic whisky district of Leith.
The Tour Guide will then lead you to the QC Lab to continue the experience with a bespoke tasting session to include samples of 2 New Make spirits and 3 whiskies.
