This exhibition explores the profound personal and collective journeys of the training navigated through creativity and self-expression.
Each artwork tells a story of resilience, discovery, and the power of visual storytelling in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you are an art enthusiast, a supporter of mental health, or simply curious about the intersection of art and psychotherapy, this exhibition offers a unique and thought-provoking experience.
