What is on the other side of your resistance?
This is a retreat space to meet yourself — and be witnessed. Each participant is welcomed with a gift.
Through ceremony, mantra, and meditation, you’ll be invited to soften the walls, release the noise, and notice the resistance that is holding you back.
This is for EVERYONE - regardless of gender and fitness level.
This is NOT an exercise class. This is NOT relaxation.
This is for those ready to CHALLENGE themselves, to explore what it means to truly show up — not just to others, but to themselves.
You won’t be fixed. You won’t be told who to be. You’ll simply be given space… To be seen.
This event includes cacao ceremony, Kundalini meditation, sound bath and a brave community space to be witnessed in your authenticity.

Participation in this event includes, but is not limited to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and laying down/sitting for a period of time. If at any point I feel discomfort, I will inform the instructor. I can confirm that I am physically/emotionally fit to participate in this event, and if appropriate a doctor has verified my condition for participation in this type of class. I agree to inform the teacher if I have any injuries or medical conditions or if I am pregnant.
