Join an exclusive evening of storytelling and ale as we crack open a fresh cask from Bellfield Brewery at the historic John’s Coffee House & Tavern (est. 1688).

Enjoy a pint of cask-conditioned Lawless Village IPA (4.5% ABV) — a copper-coloured, aromatic beer brewed in the spirit of a traditional American IPA. Made with pale and crystal malts, and hopped with Cascade and Centennial, it delivers a bright, modern, citrusy finish.

Named after Bellfield’s rebellious seaside neighbourhood of Portobello, Lawless Village is a UK Winner in the World Beer Awards (Speciality Beer), certified gluten-free, and suitable for vegans.

The cask opening itself is a performance — lively, loud, and full of ritual — and your ticket includes your first pint from the freshly tapped barrel.
