A celebration of bold flavours, creative flair, and morning indulgence.
Each session begins with a brief introduction to the vibrant markets where my creations come to life. You’ll then hear a little about the business and the passion and inspiration behind the ice cream creations.
You’ll be treated to a minimum of three canapé-style breakfast creations, each thoughtfully crafted and presented with a description of the flavours and ingredients.
Those with dairy-vegan requirements will have one breakfast item available and a full vegan/dairy-free item from the menu.
The sessions are relaxed and informal, so come as you are!
