Join us on Thursday the 22nd of May at 6:30 pm for a special charcuterie and cheese tasting, featuring the team at local East Coast Cured. We’ll taste through four cuts of Scottish charcuterie paired intentionally with four artisan cheeses and four wines. Learn about how Steven & Susie Anderson’s humble beginnings making charcuterie in their own home – frustrated by a lack of quality Scottish charcuterie – then growing to their own little shop on Restalrig Road, and now a new production space. Get the opportunity to purchase your favourite pairings after the tasting.
Our passionate and knowledgeable Head of Events will lead you through an informal, informative tasting through their hand picked pairings, along with our guest producers. Please note that you will be asked for your delivery information at checkout, because we will send tickets out for this event.
This tasting will be held in the Cheese Lounge in the back of our shop at 330 Morningside Road.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
