Moonlight Concerts invite you to join Usher Hall emerging artist Matthew Shiel as he takes centre-stage in Mozart's breath-taking masterpieces - Mozart's dark and brooding Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor (from the Oscar award-winning motion-picture 'Amadeus') and Piano Concerto No. 27 in B-flat major - a experience that leaves many an audience-goer speechless!
Matthew will conduct the The Candlelight Orchestra from the piano (as Mozart himself was known to do) for an unforgettable evening of piano excellence and emotional storytelling at St Vincent's Chapel - dating from 1857, it is one of Scotland's magnificent chapel and an architectural icon.
Feel the emotional pull and be seduced by the enchanting Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor before immersing yourself in the profound emotional depth of Mozart's final piano concerto, Piano Concerto No. 27 n B-flat major, which he premiered shortly before his death.
