We are delighted to invite you to the launch of Moonwake’s latest creation—Saffron Rice Lager! Immerse yourself in an evening of warmth, community, and celebration as we unveil this exciting new addition. Enjoy a carefully curated Persian-inspired menu alongside the vibrant atmosphere of this special occasion at Konj Cafe.

At KONJ, they take pride in preparing meals that are inspired by generations of recipes passed down through their family's kitchen in Iran. Their use of aromatic ingredients such as saffron, cinnamon, rosewater, cardamom, and barberries, all lend their dishes a unique and unforgettable flavour that transports you to the heart of Iran.

With the launch of Moonwake's new Saffron Rice Lager, it ought to be a very exciting evening!

MENU:

Starters
• Kuku Sabzi – A fragrant herb and egg frittata
• Kashke Bademjan – Smoky aubergine dip with whey and crispy onions

Main Course
• Chicken Tahchin – A golden, crispy Persian rice dish layered with saffron-infused chicken

Dessert
• Cake Baklava – A rich, spiced cake inspired by the flavors of traditional baklava
