A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience for your mind, body and soul.
You will start with some gentle breath and meditation exercises and then relax into the sound and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes and other beautiful instruments. The vibrations help move stagnant energy and clear the mind as you move into a calm meditative state.
Please dress in comfortable warm clothing and bring with you any pillows, mats and blankets to make yourself comfortable as you lay back and immerse yourself in the sound. You can either lay on your back (with yoga mat/blanket for support) or sit if laying on your back is not possible.
By booking you are agreeing to the following:
Participation in Sound Baths includes, but is not limited to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and laying down/sitting for a period of time. If at any point I feel discomfort, I will inform the instructor. Sound baths are not advisable if you have sound induced epilepsy or migraines. I can confirm that I am physically/emotionally fit to participate in a Sound Bath, and if appropriate a doctor has verified my condition for participation in this type of class. I agree to inform the teacher if I have any injuries or medical conditions or if I am pregnant.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
