The intensive is open to the UK's young dancers at no cost - all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The day-long event will provide participants the opportunity to work closely with White & Givan, who are the Course Leaders for the institute's new BA (Hons) Contemporary Dance program launching in September 2025. The intensive will focus on:
- Company class emphasizing skeletal alignment, articulate placement, and core stability to foster fluid, precise, and powerful movement
- Exploration of choreographic process and staging through repertory-based solos and group work
- Gaining in-depth understanding of the professional contemporary dance company experience
Participants will build upon their existing dance skills and experience, delving into a range of creative, contemporary dance ideas and techniques under the guidance of these acclaimed artists.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
