Deep dive into practice with Senior Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Sarah Durney Hatcher and join Ashtanga Yoga Edinburgh for an extended day of practice and workshop!
This workshop is ideal if you have some established practice within the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition but no expectation to have “completed” Primary Series to be able to attend.
