VIP Wine Masterclass at Rio Brazilian Steakhouse
Situated in the capital’s iconic Assembly Rooms location, Rio Brazilian Steakhouse Edinburgh announces its brand-new VIP Wine Masterclass, launching on Tuesday 29 October.
About VIP Wine Masterclass at Rio Brazilian Steakhouse
The exciting new dining experience will combine the restaurant’s famous Brazilian Churrasco style dining with six meticulously selected wines from the world-famous Zuccardi Valle de Uco winery. Priced at £59.95 per person, the evening also includes the full Rio experience and a mouth-watering dessert menu.
Taking place from 6.30pm, guests will receive a glass of sparkling Blanc de Blanc on arrival as they indulge in the unlimited gourmet salad bar, featuring a vast selection of imported cheeses and expertly dry-cured charcuterie, before feasting on a selection of hand-carved meats including the Brazilian Picanha cap rump and Alcatra rump, slow roasted Rodizio style.
Throughout the evening, attendees will enjoy six hand-selected wines including Zuccardi “Q” Chardonnay, Brazos Cab Franc and Malamado fortified Malbec, expertly curated to enhance the bold flavours of traditional Rodizio grilling. Zuccardi brand ambassador Eugenia Gonzalez will be on-hand to guide the diners through the selection of wines and meat pairings.
The Rio Brazilian Steakhouse VIP Wine Master Class on Tuesday 29 October is now available to book. Arrival is from 6.30pm, with the event starting promptly at 7pm. A £10 deposit will be required to secure your booking.
