Featuring.... [imagine a drum roll here]:
GAYDAR
We’re a 3-piece grunge/punk band from Newcastle. Our music blends elements of pure queer rage, danceable beats, and punchy riffs. Taking inspiration from bands such as Amyl and the Sniffers, Sonic Youth, and Arctic Monkeys, we incorporate powerful personal and political messages with the hopes of empowering our fellow gays!
Pretty Crime
Pretty Crime is a four-piece band from Edinburgh, blending the chaotic energy of garage rock, the DIY ethic of punk, and the scuzzy sound of 90s grunge. Described as tough and cuddly with a hint of synths, their music spans several genres including indie, punk, grunge, psych, and pub rock. Their unique brand of weird fuses punchy rhythmic guitar riffs, heavy bass, a sprinkle of 80's synths and shouty vocals with DIY energy, and twists, and turns that will make you want to shave a llama, call your ex at 3am just to talk about cereal, and start a cult dedicated to the appreciation of toe socks.
Alexx Munro
Loud, sad, queer punk fun from Glasgow.
