About Close Up Magic With Cameron Gibson
Cameron has taken his magic around the world!
He was the creative lead, consultant and head magician on Illusionarium, Toronto and Magic Immersive, Chicago; has featured at events for the International Brotherhood of Magicians; as well as having sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe including the ensemble show “Insane Magic”!
He has most recently been based in Australia & New Zealand as a resident in “The Purple Rabbit” - produced by Australia’s biggest circus producer - Strut’N’Fret!

Wonder & Co. is Edinburgh’s first and only magic shop & space dedicated to the mystery arts.
Opened in August 2023, it specialises in providing quality props and magic tricks for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned professionals. It aims to foster a real community for the magic and mystery arts in Edinburgh and has been delighting people since!
As well as selling magic, puzzles, curiosities and more; Wonder & Co. hosts workshops, sessions, events and performances to further the art of magic in Scotland.

Close-up magic is a style of magic performance that happens in close proximity to the audience, often just a few feet away.
It involves sleight of hand, psychology, and intimate tricks that can be performed with everyday objects like playing cards, coins, rings, or even items borrowed from you, the audience! A truly unique form of entertainment, that has to be experienced to be believed!
Close-up magic relies on personal interaction and the magician's ability to create an illusion that feels more immediate and impossible because it will happen right in front of you!
Cameron's charisma and skill guarantee an evening full of wonder, laughter, and jaw-dropping moments.
