Welcome to 'Canta y Aprende', the only Spanish playgroup for children 0-2 in Edinburgh. Sessions take place every Saturday at 10am at Life Care Stockbridge.
**Please note there will be no session on October 19th**
Our Spanish playgroup sessions are designed specifically for children between 0 and 2 years of age, offering an immersive and engaging experience in Spanish. Led by a qualified Early Years and Primary teacher with over seven years of experience, your child will embark on an exciting journey of language discovery through songs, sensory activities, and stories in Spanish.
Whether your child is already on the path to bilingualism or just starting to explore new sounds, our playgroup provides the perfect environment for language acquisition. Studies show that early exposure to foreign languages enhances cognitive development, linguistic skills, and cultural awareness – setting the stage for lifelong benefits.
Our 45-minute sessions take place at Life Care Stockbridge (St Bernards Club), a fully accessible centre which has all the facilities you need to attend our sessions with your baby or toddler.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to bond with your child, meet other parents, and ignite a love for language and learning from an early age. Join us for 45 minutes of fun-filled activities, followed by 15 minutes of playtime and socialising for both adults and children. Coffee and tea provided.
Spaces are limited so advance booking is strongly recommended.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
