This class is all about rediscovering your groove, exploring different dance styles, and having a blast while doing it!
Why "Groove Back"?
“Groove Back” means exactly that—getting your rhythm, confidence, and joy back on the dance floor. Every two weeks, we switch up the style, from Latin beats to urban grooves to jazz flair. It’s your chance to try something new, challenge yourself, and most importantly, have fun!
What to Expect:
Variety & Excitement: Explore a new dance style every two weeks. It’s the perfect way to keep things fresh and exciting!
Fun & Fitness: Sweat it out while grooving to different rhythms. This class is all about moving, learning, and enjoying the process.
Open to All Levels: Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, you can push yourself as much as you want in each class.

Get ready to heat up your week with our dynamic Reggaeton classes, part of our exciting weekly dance program. Whether you're joining online or in-person, we've got the perfect vibe for you.
Why Reggaeton?
Reggaeton is more than just a dance—it's a movement. Whether you love the Cuban Latin flavor or the street dance vibe, our classes blend technique with attitude, helping you find your rhythm, master isolations, and most importantly, feel like the boss on the dance floor.
Class schedule:
Saturday 11 am - Groove Back, Open Level
Saturday 12 pm - Reggaeton Open Level : Join us for a drop-in class that’s open to all levels. Each week, we start a new choreography on Wednesday and go into technic and choreography slower on Saturday—perfect for building your skills while having fun.
