About HOME: A Residents’ Showcase
Exhibition:
Offering a glimpse into the breadth of what happens behind the studio doors, there will be a free exhibition running from Tuesday 10th to Friday 20th September. Including paintings, illustrative prints, graphic design, photography, glasswork, jewellery and more, there’s something for everyone, and they’re delighted to share this with the wider community. A full list of artists and makers taking part will be revealed shortly!
The exhibition will also offer viewers a chance to participate by leaving the artists messages about what home means by contributing to an illustrative work by resident Felicity Inkpen. With the current political climate it seems all the more important to share that our home welcomes everyone.
Evening Events:
The residents are also planning a series of evening events showcasing the work of even more performers from the Drill Hall. Full details to follow on the website.
So, step into our living room, take a seat, make yourself at home. Or sun yourself in our print shop garden!
