During the guided walk, I combine Forest Bathing practices with nature immersion invitations that help you experience nature in a new way, enjoy the present moment allowing nature to nurture your mind and body.
On this guided walk you will:
*Enjoy nature based invitations to awaken senses and connect with nature
*Relax, Restore and Rest
*Learn how to slow down and be more present
*Learn how to practice Forest Bathing
*Take time to connect with the seasons and tune into the rhythm of the natural world
*Tea Gathering
*Connect with like minded people
*You will be supplied with: seat mats, hot drinks and seasonal snacks
*What to wear: Please wear suitable walking footwear and appropriate layer clothing *No swimming costumes are needed.
* What to bring: you may wish to bring a drink, cup, journal, pen and snacks of your choice.
This Forest Bathing Guided Walk is suitable for Adults 18+. This walk will last around 2 hours.
