Ever thought of mixing '70s blues rock with queer feminist pop? If you dare, you will get none other than Scotland's very own Megan Black. After being tipped as one of Youth Music's 'One's to Watch' for 2024, Megan has gone on to win awards in Los Angeles and San Francisco, as well as being crowned 'one of the finest singer-songwriters working in Britain today'. With focus on themes such as feminism, mental health, the LGBTQ+ community, addiction, and climate change, her latest EP 'Full Circle (Part 1)' has been nominated for 'EP of the Year' in Scotland - highlighting Megan's new work and what is yet to come.
