We are honoured to have John and NIGHTFLY play what may well be just one more show back in Bathgate where it all began back for John and then Davie in the 70's playing the likes of the Green Tree (as the Twig was known then back in the day) The Dreadnought Hotel and Meadowhead with RYAN EXPRESS that continued into the 80's.
John has always had a close personal relationship with the people in the area and of course our own Mr Croft who kept pestering him to play then passing the baton to me to ensure the musical journey continued with ISIS (as the lads were known before all the carry on the other side of the world) before renaming as NIGHTFLY who have played regularly in the last decade and a half.
We even managed to squeeze in a RYAN EXPRESS reunion at Kirkton Park one special Sunday for you too in 2012.
Now it's worth pointing out just in case you didn't know or haven't yet caught NIGHTFLY (shame on you), that they are not just a standard good quality covers band playing a whole lotta rosie that we have play regularly.
These guys with over 100+ years of musical genius between them play music the love playing that just isn't tackled by anyone else. Oh does it show.
Tracks from the likes of Steeley Dan, Toto, Joe Satriani, Doobie Bros, AWB, Boz Scaggs, Joe Bonamassa, Supertramp just to give you a flavour of what to expect is what NIGHTFLY excel at.
SO for what could be the last time (as our schedule is pretty busy later in the year already before anyone asks) we invite you to come to this SUNDAY SPECIAL with NIGHTFLY, John, Davie, Lindsay and stepping in on the drums Chris (Kip) on 6 July.
Lets go round again one more time.............
TICKETS will be limited as we intend to have it predominately seated with standing at the back for those who like to grow tall.
DOORS 2pm - Live show begins approx 3-3.30pm with two superb sets of music with a break that will see us run to 6-7pm window with the bar and venue closing at 8pm.
