ASKR is revealing an exciting new event series from Dan Ashmore, the chef behind Leith’s new fine dining venue. The ‘Four Hands’ series will see Dan team up with renowned chefs from across the UK for tasting events throughout the summer, offering a nine-course tasting menu for £85 a person.

The first event takes place on the 26th of June, welcoming chef Conor Toomey, formerly of Michelin-starred Condita, to create a menu combining Dan’s signature coal-fired creations with Conor’s creative approach to Scottish produce. With a mutual philosophy of seasonal, fresh ingredients, the exclusive menu includes courses of heirloom tomato tartare with basil cream, cured loch etive sea trout, and BBQ loin of hogget.
