Join Rupert from Buck & Birch on an urban-foraging expedition along the Water of Leith, and discover how to identify wild herbs and greens available right on your doorstep.
After your expedition up river, embark on a journey of flavour as Lind & Lime and Buck & Birch guide you on a cocktail masterclass.
Enjoy foraged drinks, in the setting of the Lind & Lime distillery and learn to elevate your own cocktails with foraged ingredients.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration, orientation and arrival drink
Expect:
About 1.5 miles of gentle walking across mostly urban terrain. Suitable for those with moderate fitness
About 90 minutes of cocktail drinking. Suitable for those with no cocktail experience
Duration:
Around 3 hours ending no later than 16.00hrs
What to Bring:
Wellies and layers of clothing to accommodate Scotland's unique weather
