Jubilo invite you their Come and Sing event on 1st June in Stockbridge Parish Church, where you will rehearse and perform Haydn's Nelson Mass on the same day.
About Come and Sing! Nelson Mass - Joseph Haydn
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and sing the Haydn NELSON MASS, hosted by our eminent Musical Director Paul Gudgin, with members of the well-established Edinburgh mixed-voice choir Jubilo.
Register from 12.15, Rehearsal 1.00-4.30pm, Performance 5.30pm.
It has been Jubilo's practice over the years to support a chosen charity each year. This year we are hosting a "Come and Sing" event on behalf of Brain Power. The fun was started by the BBC journalist Glenn Campbell, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour last summer, to help the charity Brain Tumour Research establish its fifth UK Research Centre of Excellence in Scotland. We will donate all the profits from the Come and Sing to Brain Power.
