Since 1986, Fèis Rois has promoted the traditional arts and Gaelic language across Scotland and beyond. In particular, their infectious enthusiasm for Gaelic music accumulates in their pioneering Ceilidh Trail, a development programme for young Scottish musicians.
Celebrating 25 years of the Ceilidh Trail, Fèis Rois brings 14 musicians: both emerging musicians from their original and newly established inclusive series and established artists who participated in the Ceilidh Trail in their youth. Expect top names in traditional music as well as outstanding young players just on the cusp of their professional careers.
The Ceilidh Trail greatly aligns with the International Festival’s commitment to nurturing emerging talent; this is the place where the next generation of artists can gather and flourish.
Supported by Sir Ewan and Lady Brown together with Flure Grossart
