Join us to hear about the importance of diet in alleviating menopausal symptoms and improving health during and after menopause.
Learn about how menopause can affect body weight, bone health, the heart and your sleep.
Dr Laura Wyness will also share information on some of the lesser-known impacts of menopause that more women should be aware of and talk about.
